A 1953 Jaguar C-Type replica to go under the hammer
In February 2012, a replica of the renowned 1953 Jaguar C-Type will go under the hammer in Sydney at the Shannon’s Summer Classic Auction 2012. Auction experts estimate it to fetch around $200,000. Being a luxury car with brilliant engineering, the original vehicle won many laurels in its hey days, including the 1951 and 1953 Le Mans.
