Mercedes-Benz DICE

During CES 2012 Mercedes-Benz introduced a new system called DICE (Dynamic & Intuitive Control Experience). The automaker fairly judged that man should not be distracted on any technical difficulties while driving, control electronics should be extremely simple and unobtrusive. In regards to this, the standard touch screen used on many modern cars has been replaced by an array of proximity sensors. Thus, to control all functions on information and entertainment systems simply waving his hands in front of the screen without touching. The representative of Mercedes said that the mass production of DICE will go through at least in 20 years.
