It’s been rumored for quite some time and now it has happened: Cesare Attolini of Naples has stepped outside its Italian shores and opened its first store on Madison Avenue, at the corner of 67thStreet in Manhattan. What a strategic move and choice of location!
Having a generous 2,500-square-foot space, customers have enough room to choose from over 1,000 swatches of fine Italian, English and Scottish fabrics for suits. In Italy, the luxury clothing outfit generally takes 8 to 10 weeks to deliver finished products. Hopefully, it can deliver faster this time around. A suit at Cesare Attolini costs between $6,000 and $8,000.
With the opening of the Manhattan shop, comes the introduction of the company’s sportswear collection, including leather outerwear, denim jeans, cashmere knitwear, silk neckwear, handmade cotton shirts and clothing accessories.
