Still at an undisclosed price, British soccer superstar, David Beckham, and his wife, former Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham, have just decided to sell their much esteemed property bought back in 1999 at a price of 2.5 million British Pounds. The only condition set by the extravagant couple is that the buyer should be a family, not builders, because they do not want their palace to be restructured or modified, since the couple has spent a lot of time and money to make this beautiful palace a home that went according to their taste and lifestyle. The Beckingham’s decided to sell the place since it was destined to be a place to spend holidays, but just getting there was too much hassle for a holiday time. They are now looking for a place that accommodates to their needs in Kensington or Mayfair. The 22- acre estate is well equipped, with a snooker room, a gym, floodlit tennis courts, a helipad, several luxurious pools and even a recording studio, and well located in Hertfordshire, England.
